Returns

We accept returns

About defective materials or for any other cause by contacting within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. If you want to make a change, you must place a new order using the discount coupon that we will send you when we receive the items you want to return.

Make a product return in these 4 easy steps:

1- Contact with us following this link, or send an email to [email protected] indicates the your order number y  the references of the items you want to return and await confirmation, we will respond to your request in 1 or 2 working days (usually even less)

2- Once you receive confirmation and the RMA revolution code, Send the articles by your means.

3- Once we receive the return, we will proceed to make a Discount coupon for the value of the returned items. The coupon is redeemable in our online store.

4- Use the coupon in robapinzas.com, using the code in the corresponding box of the shopping cart, if the new order exceeds € 25 * (not counting the coupon amount) the new shipment will be Free of charge.

In case of returns by defective materials, or by error ZAS when ordering, follow the steps above, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS  of the products.

Notes to note:

* Important Note, ALL of our items are handcrafted in small workshops, garments may show imperfections in dyes, seams, or others. Said imperfections must be considered as part of the design itself and in no case will they be considered as manufacturing defects.

* Items must be returned as received with their original label and packaging. ZAS reserves the right to refuse the return of an item with signs of having been used, damaged or tampered with.

* For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of earrings or piercings

* Returns are only paid in cash for defective items when the customer requests it.

* An item whose lack is present in it before its sale is considered defective.

* You have a withdrawal period on the order received of 14 days from the date of purchase. Indicate that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal when requesting the return.

* If it is the case that the carrier does not manage to deliver and returns the package for reasons beyond our management: If the customer wants us to send the order again, they must pay both the new shipment and the cost of the return shipment. If the customer wants a refund of the amount, we will deduct from the amount both the cost of the initial shipment (even if it was free for the customer) and the cost of the return shipment.

* Once you receive the RMA for the authorization of the return, you have a maximum period of 14 days for us to receive the returned product in our warehouse, after this period has elapsed without us having received the product, the return will be definitively canceled, we will deny receipt, not being able to opt neither to changes nor to the refund of the amount paid.

* For Free shipments to be promoted shipments in which we assume the cost of the shipment and the customer will cost € 0, the essential condition that the total amount of the final purchase amount to the amount required according to the type of shipment / weight of the package / destination of the merchandise marked in the shipping table (See shipping table). In case of withdrawal, if the final amount, calculating the amount paid less the amount of the refund object of withdrawal, no longer amounts to the amount necessary for the shipment to be promoted at cost 0 according to the shipping table and the initial shipment selected was a shipment NOT marked as standard, the amount of said shipment will be deducted from the return amount. These conditions only apply if the client requests a refund of the amount in cash. If the customer accepts a discount code as a form of payment for the withdrawal, the discount code will include the full amount paid even if it was a shipment NOT marked as standard.
