SHIPPING COSTS FOR INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS
Once you place an order, it arrives at the warehouse and is placed in the queue, when we package it and send it, you receive an email notification with the tracking number that you can consult to find out where your package is.
The time that elapses since you place the order and we pack it is what is called PROCESSING TIME, in ZAS this time is usually 1 business day although sometimes depending on the queue of orders and the accumulated work this time may be longer arriving even for several days. Please be patient, we work hard to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Below we show you the different types of shipments with prices according to the maximum weight of the packages and depending on the destination, differentiating between 4 major groups and regions: Peninsular Spain - Islands, Ceuta and Melilla - Europe - International
The transit times shown are indicative and do not include the processing time, and are based on our experience and the times indicated by the different carriers, these should be considered as estimates and DO NOT IN ANY CASE constitute a guarantee or commitment to delivery within the deadlines estimated by ZAS.
We also include the purchase amount from which each type of shipping is FREE. The list is ordered by weight, with the first result of each group being the lightest package.
