We accept returns
About defective materials or for any other cause by contacting within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. If you want to make a change, you must place a new order using the discount coupon that we will send you when we receive the items you want to return.
Make a product return in these 4 easy steps:

In case of returns by defective materials, or by error ZAS when ordering, follow the steps above, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS of the products defective. Once reviewed if the problem with the products is accepted as defects in them, we will send a shipping label so that the return will be free.
* Items must be returned as received with its label, packaging. ZAS reserves the right to deny returns of items if they do not have the original label and packaging or with signs of having been used, damaged or tampered with.
* For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or piercings
* We only pay cash returns for defective items when the customer requests it. These are paid with the same payment method that the customer used to pay for the order, except if it was paid on delivery, which are paid by bank transfer.
* An item whose lack is present in it before its sale is considered defective.
* If the return was due to an error on our part or the item was defective, we will try to correct the error in the most satisfactory way possible by sending a new item or making an exchange.
* You have a withdrawal period on the order received of 14 days from the date of purchase. Indicate that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal when requesting the return. In case of withdrawal if the order resulting from the return does not reach the required for free shipping, we will deduct the cost of the initial shipping of the order.

* If it is the case that the carrier does not manage to deliver and returns the package for reasons beyond our management: If the customer wants us to send the order again, they must pay both the new shipment and the cost of the return shipment.
