We accept returns
About defective materials or for any other reason by contacting within 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. If you want to make a change you must make a new order using the discount coupon that we will send you when we receive the items you want to return.
Make a return of a product in these 4 easy steps:
1- Contact with us following this link, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicates the your order number y the references of the items you want to return and wait for confirmation, we will respond to your request in 1 or 2 business days (usually even less)
2- Once you receive confirmation and the RMA revolution code, Send the articles by your means.
3- Once we receive the return, we will proceed to make a Discount coupon for the value of the returned items. The coupon is redeemable in our online store.
4- Use the coupon in robapinzas.com, using the code in the corresponding box of the shopping cart, if the new order exceeds € 25 * (not counting the coupon amount) the new shipment will be again FREE.
In case of returns by defective materials, or by error ZAS when ordering, follow the steps above, INCLUDING PHOTOGRAPHS of the products defective. Once reviewed if the problem with the products is accepted as defects in them, we will send a shipping label so that the return is free.
* Items must be returned as received with its label, packaging. ZAS reserves the right to refuse returns of items if they do not have the original label and packaging or with signs of having been used, damaged or improperly manipulated.
* For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings or piercings
* We only pay cash back for defective items when the client requests it. These are paid with the same payment method that the customer used to pay the order except if cash on delivery is paid by bank transfer.
* An article whose fault is present in it before its sale is considered defective.
* If the return was due to an error on our part or the item was defective, we will try to correct the error in the most satisfactory way possible by sending a new item or making an exchange.
* You have a withdrawal period on the order received of 14 days from the date of purchase. Indicate that you want to use your right of withdrawal when requesting a return. In case of withdrawal, if the order resulting from the return does not reach that required for free shipping, we will discount the cost of the initial shipment of the order.
* Free shipping is assigned based on the package destination / weight / and selected shipping type, Access the table to see the destination / weight / shipping type rerlactions and the amounts for which each shipment is free.
* In the event that the carrier fails to deliver and returns the package to us for reasons beyond our control: If the customer wants us to resend the order, he must pay both the new shipment and the cost of the return shipment. If the client wants a refund of the amount, we will deduct from the amount both the cost of the initial shipment (even if it was free for the client) and the cost of the return shipment.
* Once you receive the RMA to authorize the return, you have a maximum period of 14 days for us to receive the returned product in our warehouse.Once this period has elapsed without we having received the product, the return will be definitively canceled, we will deny receipt and cannot opt for neither changes nor reimbursement of the amount paid.
